SILKD LLC Clothing Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from SILKD. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, you may return the clothing items within 7 days of receiving your order. Please read our return policy guidelines below:

  • Eligibility for Return:
    • To be eligible for a return, clothing items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and labels attached.
    • The 7-day return window begins from the date you receive your order.
  • Return Process:
    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at silkdclothing@gmail.com within the 7-day return window.
    • Our team will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed with the return.
  • Return Shipping:
    • Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the clothing items back to us.
    • We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method for your return. We will not be responsible for any lost or damaged packages during transit.
    • For international returns, we recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method. We will not be responsible for any lost or damaged packages during transit.
  • Customs and Duties: (International Returns ONLY)
    • Please note that any customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred during the return shipping process are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Inspection and Refund:
    • Once we receive the returned clothing items, our team will inspect them to ensure they meet our return policy criteria.
    • If the items are in their original condition, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
    • Please note that all returns will be subject to a 10 dollar shipping and handling fee subtracted from the original form of payment. 
  • Exchanges:
    • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
  • Defective or Damaged Items:
    • If you receive a defective or damaged clothing item, please contact us immediately at silkdclothing@gmail.com and we will assist you with a replacement or refund.
